Thanks very much folks. Ah yeah, it's not the fastest thing in the world, but it can still keep up with some of the modern stuff when it needs to wink

E36's look so much nicer without any tupperware spoilers fitted. Really nice shape. Mind you, I do like the GT version too.

There's a brand new black M5 waiting for some lucky bugger to collect from the customer collection area of BMW Oxford. Incredibly jealous.

It's nice to see more E30s in this thread! I love the Mineralblau one - such a rare colour.

Sure to win me some serious grief in these parts, is my new daily driver - nice and comfy, and means I am now free to source another MX5 for light track duties, whilst having this to waft about in for the sensible stuff:

3.0d Sport with panaromic roof/comfort leather/xenons and nav.

Out of interest, how many MPG does it do?

So finally found the perfect 330Ci Sport. 2004 Facelift, Bi-Xenon, Leather, Harman Kardon, Sat Nav, Bluetooth, Anthracite Headlining, Heated Memory Seats, FBMWSH. Totally worth the wait.
Shame about the grey leather IMO, but with everything else who cares!

As above though, how much? Miles?

Well considering these diesel-things are supposed to be economical... tongue out

Erm, about 24mpg round town, closer to 30mpg on a run - but if i'm entirely honest, diesel goes in, car gets driven, light comes on, diesel goes in...It's not that i'm a powerfully built company director or anything, I just don't do many miles so don't check too closely!smile

Why isn't it powered by the 4.4 V8?

'tis a very good question. I actually wanted a V8 SE not a Sport, and not a diesel, but I buy through a contact in the trade, and this was the 'right' car (FSH, very clean, right options, well cared for, well priced) so I had this one.

Fantastic cars (I am biased!) and looks almost identical to mine. Quick tip re the misty headlight issue - pop one of those little silicon bags you get in new shoes etc in each of the covers - clears them up in no time. thumbup
