New wheels, quite happy with them.

Edit: terrible picture, hasn't worked very well using the upload an image button.

Looking a bit 6 series with those wheels. Looks good though. When you getting it RR and whereabouts?

Once turbo and exhaust are on, it'll be getting live mapped but I'm still researching that bit. Any recommendation anyone has would be appreciated.

It already pulls so much better and even normal driving it's so much smoother and responsive. Really pleased so far.

Looking tidy, right colour too

They are factory wheels (763M) or reps of them.

Had the car over three years , it was original when I bought it, now done several mods to it......if your interested in seeing more of the car follow my instagram @mikethepanel for regular posts

Fellow touring owner here but only the v8. Can you tell me what's going on with your rear suspension. I'm still using the self levelling springs but my car has stiffer Bilstein dampers and also springs up front.

I'm pleased to see you're not jumping to 19 wheels. I'm running 17 on mine which just clear the brakes.

I had the suspension level lowered via the software but it would occasionally bottom out so I'm back at standard [sport] level now. Not sure if it was bump stops or the air bags or what was bottoming just got the odd complaint from rear seat passengers when pressing on and they got slammed in the ass.

Also I've gone a bit too far out with my rear spacers and I need to come back in a tad. Running something stupid like -5 offset on the rear once it's all added up.

Just finished a 12+ hour round trip from Warrington to Aberdeen to collect my new Mineral Grey, manual LCI M2 after a long time stalking AutoTrader/AUC website for the right car!

I'll hopefully get some proper photos of it over the next few weeks, loving it so far, big step up from my old M235i!

Think I may have followed your story on here... are you the guy who bought online?

Lovely motor. Reminds me a little of mine. Congrats

Lovely motor. I spent a lot of time researching cabs - your looks mint. Champagne gold?

Thanks mate, I’ll be sure to keep the thread updated as a go along!

First things I plan to do is to fit the carbon rear arch guards to prevent stone chips on those wide arches along with Apple CarPlay!

The point was about them being factory (OEM) wheels not whether they were offered across the range, the offsets on an M wheel will be wrong for a non M BMW hence they're not offered, however some people run them anyway or put reps on, you can get reps of most of the M wheels with the correct offsets for a standard 3 or 4 series.

I've seen pics of cheap reps which have shattered due to an impact. I dont mean to sound like Victor Meldrew but I would never have cheapo reps or cheapo alloys on any car of mine.
