Cheers, just happened upon that spot as I had to pull over, when I looked up and noticed the view, I couldn't help but take a few photos

Mineral Grey is definitely one of the rarer colours on the M2, it took a while to find an LCI model in MG with a manual box of course!

Bought this 328i recently. Just wondered if anyone has seen an e46 in this colour before? this is my third one now and after looking at them for a long while it’s the only one I’ve seen and knew I had to have it as soon as I saw it. The colour Is called violet blue I believe.

Some photos after collecting my car from having a single stage paint correction and ceramic coating and finally got the V5C back from the original owner so I could put my plates on.

I also managed to pick up a second hand genuine M Performance carbon spoiler for £100! Hoping to have that fitted in the next few weeks.

I would have put money on that being Estoril blue. On a pre facelift, non sport saloon it’s unheard of though.

Do you mean Velvet Blue? There are a few E39 M5's in Velvet blue which was an individual colour in the late 90's early 2000's. Violet Blue is a more modern colour I think.

That looks really nice. A refreshing change from silver and grey E46s.
