Here is my 330ci I've had since 2014.

I had it off the road for two years a couple of years ago and since then I've tried to get it into great condition (it was never in great condition tbh). New wings, wheel refurb, quite a bit of mechanical work done . It's mostly electric gremlins now (dipping passenger mirror not undipping, parking sensors not sensing, cruise control not cruising).

For the cruise control, check the connection of the plug on the MAF. I forgot to plug it back on once and the only obvious difference was that the cruise control suddenly didn’t work.

I’ve had a couple of Audi’s over the years, very competent cars but IMO they alway feel slightly soulless

Still got it, coming up to 8 years soon.

Imola leather, very nice but I do want cinnamon leather, so am considering a fully extended leather retrim at LG. Extended leather up to the dash and include same colour centre arm rest too of course.

100% - I have the I-BUS adapter upgrade too and with that installed the unit boots up instantly with no lag. Even after a week sitting on the driveway car not being used.

The sound quality and everything else is superb, too.

My 645Ci. This has just appeared in a Reader's Car thread, but it seemed appropriate to park it here too. Behind it is the everyday 330d coupe, which inspired me to go fully BMW in my pair.

Still to be sold is my 2013 Merc SLK350; good in many ways but I didn't spend anything as much time looking at pictures for that as I did for the 645.

Owned for two months and 600 miles, enjoying it very much though still not used to 20 inch wheels or the visible swiping left of the fuel gauge needle. The suspension has been slightly lowered for the wheels, so it wouldn't be a straight swap. Time will tell.

Offside headlamp isn't working on dip; this seems to be the fault of the connectors, so a bumper-off job to get this sorted. Or at least my (honest and trusted) spannermen tell me.
Looks very nice, great colour. The suspension looks quite a bit lower on the rear particularly, it suits those 20” wheels.

I fitted Eibach springs to mine with 20” VC7 wheels. Only 25/20mm lower F/R

Not exactly in the spirit of the thread... My e36 M3 next to my mate's e36 M3 on his driveway. Neither has moved in more than a year frown

Thanks, yours looks very trim and classy.

Could I ask, what rubber is on your rear wheels? Mine could do with renewing before the winter.

I think they’re Nankang something or other, non-runflat tyres. They came with the wheels as a new tyre/alloy package.

I had fitted brand new Bridgestone Turanza runflats to the standard alloys just a few weeks prior to buying the 20’s, & the car feels better on the non-runflat Nangkans!

Not technically my BMW but hired this little thing last week to mooch around Malta and Gozo and was pleasantly surprised, not least by how well I fitted in it, to the point where I briefly considered buying one, but it's just a bit ugly. If you're going to pose around in a convertible it should either look beautiful or sporty, and the 2 doesn't manage either, it's just a small, squat-looking generic BMW.
