Mark, that M3 is totally amazing dude. Next to the E30 M3 and obviously my Z4MR, it's my favorite M car. I love the colour of the car and the darker CSL wheels. What are the specs on the car and what sort of price were you able to pick it up for?

I don't think they're the typical CSL wheels. I think they're 18 inch wheels. Look like Apex arc-8 to me but a lot of wheels in that style around.
Now you mention it, I do see they are not quite the same as the CSL wheels. Still a very timeless design and I do like the twist they have done to it.Am I correct in thinking that the genuine CSL wheels are made by BBS? I know my mums old 2010 factory JCW Mini had the exact same design wheels on it and I am sure they were also a style done on Ferrari 360CS?

Original CSL wheels were made by BBS yes. BBS have been making wheels in that design for a while - way before the CSL was released.
They are in my top 5 of wheels seen on a BMW. I love the classic style Alpina wheels and really want to find a set to put on my Z4M. The OZ Speedlines on in white, on an E30 look totally perfect to me. Not sure their look would work with my Z4M however Not the greatest photos, but that's because they're from the advert and I've not taken any myself yet.
Picked up this lovely, clean 320td on Xmas Eve, poverty spec ES but being a late model it has Sport suspension setup, M steering wheel and gear shifter, dark headlining and a few other basic refinements. 140k on the clocks, loads of history, very well maintained. Clean condition, plenty of MOT but does have a leaking brake flexi hose which I will be getting repairing onto first thing tomorrow. Otherwise it's a solid, straight car, everything works as it should. All for the price of a mid-range smartphone. I'll be looking for some slightly more attractive wheels and will be mapping the ECU for combined power and economy improvement. Got about 55mpg on the drive home, a good map should push power from 150 to about 180bhp, increase torque to around 260 ft/lb and bump fuel economy up by 15-20%.
Anyway saving fuel by using this as a daily hack should mean I can sink a little more into my various rolling restomod projects.
Already really falling for this car, there's something about their ugly little faces that melts the heart. Just like one of those wrinkle-faced bulldogs called Lola that looks like it ran into a wall a few times.
