I had to do a BMW exam to be in a position for both BMW & my dealer group to employ me, years ago. Now they'll employ almost anyone in my eyes some for just being pretty.
Aren't you pretty?
Cock.
I think that answers my question. rofl

Funnily enough, I had a similar issues with Stepehn James in Blackheath.

I agreed a deal on my 335d. A few days before handover they called to say they had lost the V5. Long story but they ended up having to lend me a loaner until a replacement arrived (since they couldnt tax it).

They requested the V5 and became the 2nd owner - I tried to get the owner removed, but it transpired that they had had the car for over the 3 month threshold and the DVLA wouldnt.

I managed to get £250 quid and a new Nav DVD in compensation, but that was it. I also use their demo for 3,000 miles and 6 weeks...
