AUC - A/C?

Should the air con have been checked/re-gassed on an AUC? Mine doesn't feel all that brilliant at the moment.

yes, I bought an AUC a few months ago, the aircon barely cooled at all. A regass is not covered under warranty, but should be part of the AUC checks, so the dealer payed for it to be regassed.
