Don't know about the former, but the latter seems pretty likely.

Steep drop off or stone cliffs on many corners, sand, grit and gravel all over the road, bumpy surface everywhere, no bales, no marshalls, road reopens every 15 minutes to let traffic through, likelihood of a mexican goat herder or tractor driver round every corner!

Crazy young dude apparently. I read in the comments that he had lost a leg!! Not sure if that's true though.

I am pretty sure this doesn't qualify as 'Best' Video clips but I have just started video editing. Into Enduro/Motocross, Adventure biking and Trackdays so going to start trying to but together some more interesting footage.
