I'm no medical expert - but from experience - breaks heal quickly, ligaments take forever. Fingers crossed not too much damage to ligaments...... But from your video I think unlikely.

Oi! I'm not that fat! it was the wind.. it got caught in my jacket.. and it makes it look big......

Yeah, cycle was a bit of a fail - but i have loads of cycling subscribers so it was for them really.

Thanks chaps - by far the muscle pain is worse than the fracture - anyway. Another MRI scan tomorrow so hopefully i'll know more
