Help an idiot out...

I got my new licence back, but need to check the entitlements...paranoid you see. What's on your photocard? I've tried to upload a copy of mine, but failed.
On the front in section 9, I have A,B,BE etc, etc.
On the back all of these categories have an expiry date of 2041.
This is good, right? This is what I need?

That date should be the day before your 70th birthday
I've just noticed mine expired 2 weeks ago
That'll be the photocard expired then, I think they have a 10 year life. Either pay for a replacement, or 'move house' for a week or so into a mate's as replacements when you move are free.I've just noticed mine expired 2 weeks ago

...so you will now be guilty of driving without a licence. One of our staff members' wives got fined for not noticing her licence had expired. You may get away with it for say 14 days but she'd been out over a month.I've just noticed mine expired 2 weeks ago
Techinically I think you're also guilty of driving without insurance as there's a clause on policies that says it's only valid if you hold (or are not prevented from holding) a valid licence.
One to watch out for...

Your insurance isn't void. Any clearer? Way too many people jump on this and it's completely wrong.
It's perfectly clear to me what you meant, but why?If too many people are jumping up and down, or what ever it was you were mumbling on about, why don't you enlighten the masses rather than posting that st response.
Are you trying purposely to be a tosser, or are you one without realising it?
