I tried to log a claim and it will only let me submit the claim to the seller, not direct to Amazon? Do I have to spend the weekend in darkness, drinking rain water and eating carpet dust, until Amazon determine that enough time has elapsed that they will step in?

Got my refund a few days ago - think you have to escalate it a few times giving the seller a chance to respond before you can flag it up with Amazon (A to Z claim or something) - was thinking it was some thread in PH that I got the Thermometer one but couldn't remember which one
