Anyone fancy a Dainese 1 piece leather suit, Men size EU50/UK40? for the bargain price of £390 (what i paid for it)? I've bought it but going to have to send it back as its slightly too small for me.

Thought i would offer it on here before i send it back.

Crane branded trousers at Aldi. Marked up at £69 but at the till they show as £49, armoured and abrasive resistance, might interest some.

Must be that time of year again. My local Aldi have motorcycle gear on sale, proper sale figures. There's obviously more but you get the point...

Motorcycle Jeans £10
CE Motorcycle Jeans £15
Waterproof Bottoms £20
I think the Jackets are £30

Strangely this only applies to local Aldi and not the bigger shop in Manchester. So store specific.

Also, I don't suppose if anyone knows of any decent cheap brake hoses? For a Kawasaki ZX-6R 2001. Up to now on EBay there's Wezmoto at £60 for a set or a Hel set for £90. Not sure of quality of either tbh so up to now it's the Wezmoto.
Will need some discs too now as warped them frown, so if there's an obvious place to look for replacements I'd appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction smile

Laguna Motorcycles in Maidstone have 25% off Furygan stuff, the Full Apex perforated 1-peice is £649.99 rrp so £487.50 - pretty decent price for a top notch race suit.

£60 normally, it's actually more expensive with my trade card and comes out at £16 this time, this is the advanced set with lifetime warranty not the cheap and nasty one.

Intervening prices may have been charged.

Excuse me?

It never really was £180 though was it, bar the few days it was (and they knew they would never sell) in order to then tout the discount.

true, but at the same time trying to buy an alternative set at 45 quid is impossible. So its still a good deal.

Sportsbike shop have 30% off Shoei NXR's in Shakey Byrne colours. Size L and XL only.

I picked one up for £299. Ordered it late Saturday night and it turned up yesterday.

Not the colourway I'd have chosen if I had the choice, but given I save £179 over RRP I couldn't refuse.
The money saved went towards a photocromatic visor for it. (Fantastic but not cheap!)

How dark does the visor get?

I've got exactly the same lid and quite fancy not having to pre plan my visor choice but if it's as crap as the pinlock transitions insert I tried in the past I won't bother as it only just about reached a very light tint even in glaring sun.

I only received it last night and typically it was the dullest most overcast evening ever so I didn't get a chance to try it out.

The ride in to work this morning was fairly bright though and I would say that it reached a darkness level very similar to the dark visor I had fitted to my AGV. It's a bit crappy again here this afternoon so I doubt it will be bright enough to reach full darkness on the ride home either.

The good thing about the visor is that it also comes ready to accept the pinlock insert. The clear insert I received with the helmet will be fitted at some point too.

I will try and capture a few photos tonight when I leave work to show what darkness levels it reaches. If it's anything like the Transitions visor fitted as standard to my girlfriends Bell Qualifier, I expect it to get pretty dark.
