I know its been dismissed previously but given you are clearly st at prep, what about this "Plasticoat" stuff?
No prep, and with the lack of undercoat and at £11 a can from the manufacturer it's probably cheaper because no primer or lacquer.
In theory another spill would just mean a wipe, a repair if necessary, then another layer of the stuff.

Don't like the paint, but love the car. That's awesome. My fairings are buggered too. They will be retired and only used in emergencies if / when I smash the new set to smithereens. The new set is going on over winter and getting a cheap one colour paintjob. I'm not forking out for fancy paint, as that will guarantee a crash.

I didn't realise how cheap they were. They were much more 18 months ago.
New fairings in the same colour scheme I think with some company decals.
Chuck about £2000 in a pot as "advertising" from the business you can cover your trackdays from your gross then. New fairings in the same colour scheme I think with some company decals.
I dunno what's worse id already thought of something similar.
