When are you going etc I know someone who is looking to buy tickets. Not spoken to him since Friday so might be sorted but if you PM details I will pass them on if your looking to sell.

Bikes are already starting to hit the Ferry in Liverpool... I work in Liverpool (for my sins) so see the build up to the event riding too and from home with lots of bikes stacked up with luggage biggrin

Getting all the luggage on the bike then hooning it up to the ferry fully loaded is all part of the fun.

I've got my rucksack and waterproofs sorted, borrowing a tank bag from my mate so hopefully I'll have enough luggage space..

Booked tomorrow off to get everything packed etc anyway, and charging my cameras and stuff. Hope the weather's decent at least for the 2 hour ride up the M6 Friday night.

We were lucky last year, stayed dry until we got of the ferry to ride home..then it lashed it down all the way.
Absolutely sodden through, all good fun.

Have a good one Smithy

It's your first time right?
You'll love it and be hooked big time. Also It's no problem if you are going alone, everyone is mega friendly..all there for the same thing, random strangers become real friends that you'll meet up with year on year.

There is no other place like it.

Just been for a run over the mountain on the way to work before the road goes one way and the crowds arrive. First run out on the new bike, I'll be more rolling road block rather than rolling thunder this year wink
