I have just booked up 3 days, Cadwell in April, Brands Indy in May and Cadwell again in June.
Everything is so booked up I thought I had better jump in whilst there are still places. Just have to get my track bike back in one piece now
Which dates in April? I'm only down the road from Cadwell so I might pop along and say hello Everything is so booked up I thought I had better jump in whilst there are still places. Just have to get my track bike back in one piece now

I'm slightly limited by what weekend dates are available, and don't fancy the likes of Lydden Hill for my first time out.
I had to cancel Croft on the 15th as I’m still stuck in Qatar. I’m a bit sketchy about whether Spa in June will be a goer either.
I’m already thinking this’ll be the second year written off for me either because of travel or because there’s nothing left to book when I find out I can actually travel.

If its transferable I potentially may buy the day off you if you haven't shifted it on already?

Yeah, I've wanted to do Donington in particular for years.

Booked with NoLimits, but renting from Smallboys both days as I am in the process of selling/replacing my ZX6R and want to make sure I am not bikeless if I haven't found a replacement by then - don't fancy a trackday on my V-Strom and it makes sense with a bit of man maths to rent...! And I get to feel what a properly sorted bike feels like.
Doing the 650 Ninja at Snet and then the ZX6R at Donny. I know Snet is a bit of a power circuit but thought it would be fun to warm up on the twin first, and I will hardly be pushing either of them anyway!
I love donington, its such an impressive track. Usual camera locations arena the middle of the melbourne loop, so you crest into coppice and at the old hair pin.I'm slightly limited by what weekend dates are available, and don't fancy the likes of Lydden Hill for my first time out.

The climb up the hill towards mcleans is epic. Thats a very quick knee down left, and I tend to find ill sit in the middle of the track as i prepare to enter mcleans. You can plant your knee going through craner. I'm not sure of your riding level, but there is a lot more grip than people want to tell you. Just watch the front, try not to snatch the handle bars like i do.
Have fun

Let me know if you're stuck with this one (as long as it's not Father day weekend) This year is still looking potentially painful from a Covid travel point of view but now with the added rubbish of Brexit paperwork for bikes in the back of vans.

Went Snett Sunday. Proper cold in the morning and see quite a few get caught out on the left side. I could feel it on the tyres moving so played it safe
Took it real easy and got myself settled back in. It wasn't until after lunch I started feeling more like my old self. I think winter road riding with bugger all grip makes you forget the sheer grip you have with slicks. I think it got to about 10-11 degrees
I video'd the last session which I wont load on YouTube publically as the quality is crap. I must've put it in stability auto but it just made it all look and sound weird. I'm following Ryan Warrington here and right at the end you see Antony Hunter in the green leathers on the zx10r. Ryan who does club racing said the same as me though felt difficult to get back in the swing of it >>> https://youtu.be/3TUsZQ643bM
Definitely need some seat time!
Next day went mx so technically not trackday but was good to get the freshly made Maico 490 on track. Lots came loose and I'm pretty sore now but a good 2 days on track

Both the Duc and your Gsxr look stunning bud, I really don't understand the jealousy thing, at least he's actually using it properly.
I've managed to book a few days, 3 days at Pembrey to get back into the swing of things, and then Donny, Cadwell days later in the year before Portimao in Oct.
Spent the last few weeks stripping everything off the bike and giving it a going over, also had the fairings done again by Sublime.
Fitted new EX clip ons, still have to fit the samco hose kit, new chain and sprockets and sort a few other niggles, but she's getting there.

Cheers, that is very helpful. My riding ability is probably pretty low at the mo, but that's why I want to start on track! I am already obsessively watching onboard videos. I already know Donny back to front from games, but Snetterton I know much less well and its relative flatness obviously doesn't help.
When you spot the cameras you can pose...Edited by RJWR on Tuesday 6th April 13:12
Finally got out in the sunshine on my BMW to try and get it set up on Wednesday last week at Oulton.
Couldn't get it working right, which seems to be a rear shock issue, but Ive now got a replacement part sorted, so hopefully will be fully working ok before racing at Doni next weekend
If I hadn't spunked so much cash on it, it'd have been thrown in the skip at Oulton, and I've have dusted my old faithful R1 off instead
Anyway, it may not be working how I want it yet, but it certainly looks pretty (IMHO anyway)

Cheers Graeme! Happy with how it turned out, just want ride the bloody thing now.
Your RR looks fantastic too bud, sorry to see you're having issues with setup, I'm sure you'll get it sorted soon enough.
One of my mates just sold his 2019 R1 for a new RR, I'd be interested to hear how you're finding the swap.
Previously had a 2012 gen 2 RR and while I enjoyed it, I never really connected with the bike, I've no doubt the new one is far far better and I've contemplated swapping, but I think I'd miss the R1 if I did.
I'm sure I follow you on Instagram too
