Was anyone else at Silverstone today?
Done my first day and think I have the bug now.
I was due to but got pinged so could not do it! Despite being out of isolation now, they request a PCR test nag result to rebook another date! Done my first day and think I have the bug now.
140k muppets there with no testing snd no distancing a couple of weeks ago is fine though! Lol

That's a fker. There was refreshing little talk of Covid there on the day. The pit garage doors being left open was the only thing I recall mentioned. 140k muppets there with no testing snd no distancing a couple of weeks ago is fine though! Lol
I've just booked Brands Indy Sept 7th with No Limits
Back from NL's French double, cracking week despite the challenges with travel. But once the stress of that was all out the way it was good to be out on the bike on European tracks... so much more relaxed than the UK!
The RSV4 is running well, Le Mans and Val de Vienne are both good circuits, but Le Mans is another level. It is such a great track, returning to it for the second year in a row I was able to push on and improve my lap times by quite a margin - Now running happily in the 1:45's.
Had some fun with one of the Endurance racers who attended, he was a little quicker but as you can see from the video his corner speed was a bit slower. Annoyingly he was always on the apex at the time I wanted to be too resulting in me running wide.

Super smooth mate, I was round Kevs delivering donuts on Sunday and Mark came by, said it was a cracking trip and good job you had the trailer, his gazebo was a tad breezy lol ....The RSV4 is running well, Le Mans and Val de Vienne are both good circuits, but Le Mans is another level. Ha! It would have been like sleeping in a Wind tunnel Glad he enjoyed it, was nice to see him. It was a shame astronaut Kev couldn't make it, reentry from a high side is never a smooth as take off.
Darley Moor on Monday, great day. Loose cannon were excellent. Not a single red flag across any of the group's...I done 5 full sessions but skipped the last to go home as I was done in.
First outing on the bike and as you can see by my feet, tank grips and rear sets are needed and getting ordered. Was slipping all over the bike, need a tank extension foam or similar...to keep me at the back of the seat.
