I am struggling to find a nice way to tell you to fk right off ! LOL
How are you getting on with the strange Austrian bike that you bought ? Put up some photos.
What with holidays, work and the crap weather I'm struggling to put some miles on it! So far all I can say is the heated seat is bloody nice If it's dry over the weekend I'm hoping to get out for a man & new bike bonding session so if all goes to plan I'll report back with pics.I am struggling to find a nice way to tell you to fk right off ! Finally got around to fitting my screen to the bike, just the tail tidy, de cat and pipe when I can be bothered
If you do any longer A road rides you need the screen - my mate wont have it as he prefers the looks without but he gets blown all over the place on the longer runsYou heard an MT with the decat yet?

Its all wide open up here which is spoiling the fun of the bike trying to hang on at higher speeds, Hopefully I'll get out on it on Sunday, not sat on it for 3 weeks and it has less than 700 miles on the clock. You heard an MT with the decat yet?
Few pics from Donington with NG last weekend
Not the results I wanted after running in 10th for the first laps before an excursion to the wet grass at the Old Hairpin when I rejoined in last place after an overtake down Craner Curves didn't go as planned. Got up to 15th by the end and every race out I went faster. Will keep working at it!
My GoPro died so no video but can see me for a lap on this video from 7:55 onwards - https://youtu.be/1Jeht7H9du8

Today I have mostly been reliving my youth and razzing around on this:
1975 GT750A. Had it a couple of weeks now but had to get an MOT and some new tyres. Also, the eagle-eyed amongst you will notice the colour of the top yoke. Well, when it arrived with me, all of the frame was that colour.
Why, I have no idea at all, but I did know I couldn't live with it like that. So, it's been painted as far as possible without fully dismantling, and if I like it and decide to keep it, I may strip it and have it done properly over the winter.
The photo does it a favour, cosmetically it's all there and nothing's broken or missing but it's not exactly concours. The from mudguard his wrong too. But I bought it to ride, not to dismantle into hundreds of boxes. Next weekend we're planning an ice cream run with two mates on a 350 LC and a 350 YPVS. Should be fun.
It's an absolute hoot to ride, and sounds fantastic. Had a genuine spontaneous "woohoo" moment to myself in my crash helmet while I was zinging along today

Happy birthday indeed, looks mint!I'll try and remember to get some better pics of the Kettle next weekend. I was having too much fun to think about stopping and finding a photo opportunity earlier today.

Had a nice 130 odd mile blast on my Aprilia today. First time I've been out just for the sake of a ride in ages, I've just been riding to commute recently, and only the second time I've ridden my Ape this year.
How are you finding it? I was out with someone who converted a first gen rsv to a full carbon tuono. They still go bloody well Birky_41 said:

I love it, I've had it for a bit over a year now which is unheard of for me to keep a vehicle that long. I sometimes think about changing it for a Fireblade or similar but everytime I ride one I miss the low down grunt of the twin. They are a lot quicker than they should be, mine being a gen 2 has another 10bhp on the first gen as well. I think the logical move would be to get a V4....Gassing Station | Biker Banter | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
