A picture a day....biker banter (Vol 4)
Discussion
Ace Cafe 2 stroke meet today, had a cracking early ride down on drying roads with my friends on their RGV and X7.
Some amazing bikes from all decades and all cc's, from standard to modded to death , plenty of choice to have a nose around. .
Lovely smell in the air all day as well.
Very rare Bridgestone.
Mint 31K was yours for £5750
400s stacked together caught the eye.
Fact, the smallest bike owners left with the biggest grins!
We did around 145 miles in total on mainly B and smaller A roads, great day out, LC was superb, really comfy, still pings thru the gears with gusto , beautifully light and flickable and she pulls to 115.

3 day trip to Northern France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
In answer to how bikes travel on the Chunnel and what is a Kriega 30 (VFR) and 20 (GSXR) are like. First class so a bit quieter...
Obligatory Reims circuit picture
Forgot to take any with an impressive backdrop, so in front of the bogs in a layby just outside Liile.

Being 16 in 1974 these two bikes were what I dreamed of owning.
The white one was what I was allowed to ride and the blue one was what I wanted.
Seeing this one in an earlier post got my juices flowing a tad.
Just to add, despite owning and/or riding maybe hundreds of bikes over the years I have never owned or ridden a 3 cylinder Kawasaki of any capacity.

Managed to get a free Saturday after a couple months of the bike so decided to go out, unfortunately the bike decided otherwise and did the following to itself about 10 minutes down the road don't know why it did that and when I put my hand over the back on the end can there wasn't a leak and it stalled the engine, scared the crap out of me though as it was a rather loud pop and the strap hit the bottom of my foot as it pinged off and being the good citizen I am I went looking for the missing bits to stop someone running them over and ruining a tyre
