fk me, he should buy a lottery ticket, I always wave a spanner at a bike when I buy it, precisely for this reason, you just don't know what sort of incompetent half wit has been working on it.
Yep, you never know who's done what. It's easy to forget to tighten something if you get distracted. This looks like nothing on the bottom yoke was tightened.

It is mate, it is...but given the choice, I think id rather have that experience than your mates on his Multi, you dont expect that from a near new bike....couldn't have been PDId like that you'd assume so it must have had the front end worked on in the recent past?
Be interested to know what the dealer says..
The only damage that we could see at the side of the road was damage to the fork legs and a scuff on the engine cover.Be interested to know what the dealer says..

I've finally given up on Sports bikes, the mind remains willing but the body not so much, I've had enough of the aches and pains so got this now, got to say wish I'd done it sooner it's a wonderful thing. I now need some retro gear (and no not BN's 80's leathers ) as I look a bit of a berk in a one piece on it
Welcome to the old farts upright club. I still feel like I'm missing something not using my R1 but fk it, I can't ride stuff like that anymore.I can't get into my old leathers anyone.

I suspect I will miss it but not now I may get an old dog and tart it up as a track bike but I suspect it will be a case of can't be arsed!

Ace, Andy! Where did you go? Any issues you've found with the MT10 now you've had it for a while?Did loads of cols, Columbier, cornet du rose land, Iseran, cenis, Izoard, cayolle, gorge du dalius , Verdon, route napolean, col du vence etc
The bike was fantastic, comfy, handled everything very well, luggage was actually well sorted as I've got a small rack on the back, fuel wasn't a problem, honestly I can't think of anything I would change, maybe a bigger tank would be better but it didn't really bother me. Oh, a drinks holder!!!! I think I needed more fluid than the bike as it was so hot!
