Made the most of this weather and took the KR1 out for a blast today, was contemplating selling it as im only getting to use it 2-3 times a year but then I get out on it and it puts such a smile on my face, I backtrack on that thought pretty quickly..

That looks ace Podman. I should have had that off you!!

Recent Pembrey track day on a borrowed bike ... taking in the scenery slow and steady.

You should have Pete, it would have been quite a bit cheaper a couple of years ago..biggrin

"Winter is coming" - although in Cumbria winter can strike in the middle of summer. Either way, I put some Continental TKC70's on my spare wheels in preparation.

Only took 30 minutes to change my wheels, not exactly TT times but decent considering my general mechanical ineptitude.

She loves it! But then she's allowed to fall asleep in it so she's happy, it's like a big pram hehe

It was the most fun I've had on a bike for many, many years too. We had a couple of 'issues' but sorted them out and trundled round to our hearts content smile

Just back from the Manx gp/Classic TT

Our man tipped off at Governors bridge on the last lap. Unhurt and a real shame after 4 laps to come off 400 yards from the finish.

In the second race he destroyed a piston whilst lying third and having done a 113 mph lap.

Most of this was tipped out of his exhaust

Nothing too special. Quit working late afternoon, jumped on the Hyper and headed to a local pub for dinner.

Happy Friday everyone!

I woke up nice and early (been on nightshift!) today, best intentions of doing stuff, cleaned up my Thundercat and took pictures ready for selling, gave the Triumph a bit of a clean then decided to head for a tour of Fife and stop off at the Hawes in South Queensferry, got close to filling time, realised I'd left my wallet at home, had to ride on egg shells all the way back, quickly realised I hadn't actually left the wallet and had it all along. Ended up just having a wee run down to North Berwick for some chips!

On the back of course!

The dog lives in a house at the end of the pass, it didn't like my street triple (too noisy!) But likes the Versys!
