Are there any circumstances under which a 2010 bike, first registered in December 2010, would sport a 60 plate instead of a 61? I assumed that September onwards would be x1 depending on the year?

A 60 plate would run from 1 Sep 2010 to 28 Feb 2011.

61 plates didn't come in until 1 Sep 2011.
