Saw a genuinely dangerous conertible Rolls Royce on the M3.

The was in and out of every gap as he tried to make progress through the 50mph speed limit. He was diving into gaps that were barely big enough forcing people to brake. As I turned off he was swerving aggressively at a driver who obviously hadn't got out of the way fast enough.

He also had a very memorable three digit number plate. I've reported him and hope there were some other reports forcing the BiB to look at the CCTV as he'd definitely be prosecuted if they looked at it.

Had to practice my swerve test this evening!

Pulling from the lights and under the little bridge outside the DLR station in central Lewisham, taking the DC toward Catford so outside lane...go around the corner to find a Trafpol car pulling out into the lane I'm now occupying! At that point with only lights (invisible around the corner) but no siren!

What a dick, driving like that in such a distinctive car, with easy to remember number plate.

I enjoy reading this thread as long as none of you get hurt and I'm not a biker in any way.

Pulling out of my driveway, an Audi & a Transit van BOTH flashed me to let me out into the traffic!! The 2 types of vehicle normally LEAST likely to be courteous! Now, where's that edible hat....
Oh, & enjoy the weather today - looks like its all downhill, just in time for the bank holiday weekend.

Don;t often commute on my bike. This morning, I had the pleasure of riding behind a golf that was meandering between nearside and offside alarmingly. Traffic slowed, so I was trying to work out what side to pass on - turns out she was trying to apply her mascara...

A very sweaty ride in the last few mornings, saw my first biker in a t-shirt, that marks the start of summer I think?

Thing is, he was on a brand new multistrada enduro, surely he can afford the extra £150 for a mesh jacket?

Absolutely beautiful weather and traffic-free roads. The beauty of a later start. I've got to nip to hospital later and will be able to park for free right outside of the door. Today is a great day for commuter biking.

I normally do a day or so a week - and usually only me or one other bike in the works car park. The sun has clearly brought everyone out as there were 6 yesterday and 7 this morning. The beauty of days like this is that I can take the long way home through the Trossachs which makes the dull motorway slog in the morning worthwhile!

I left home at 7am and was sat at my desk for 7:45 - which is a good run from Beckenham to Euston. Roads nice and clear, nobody did anything stupid, so a nice start to the day and I didn't get hot as was moving most of the time. Hopefully the bank holiday weekend will mean a bit less traffic on the way home as well!

Some idiot on the M20 last night trying to look like traffic police on a white Honda, done a pretty good job as nobody would pass him - I didn't pass him until I was sure!

1st part of the reg was MF51 & had a HIGHWAY sticker on his panniers with reflective tape, POLICIA OFFICIAL hi vis and lights/cameras mounted to his helmet and side of his bike

Looked pretty official with all the gear he was wearing but at the end of the day, just another dhead.
That must be approaching being illegal ? Impersonating a police officer an all that.
Way off. Impersonating a foreign plod is not an offence here, not that he sounds very plausible anyway.

Hi Kiethton 👍

Re scooter gangs - I haven't seen any on my way in or back home- and I am fortunate to have use of a private car park where my bike is not visible from the road at work

I am not worrying about it - just stay reasonably vigilant and you should be able to avoid any issues

Suggest you'll be fine, if you're a regular commuter/rider in London which you are, you know the roads you ride, you'll have good observation and generally a plan of action to observe and ride accordingly - remember also your bike will be a st load quicker than anything those scrotes are on. I.e. Keep an eye out basically

Worse case even if it means breaking a few traffic laws.. Ride quickly and safely to the nearest police station or flag down any passing cop car.

Chap on a new Ducati Scrambler seemed very eager to show off as I rode along Venice Beach yesterday late afternoon. So much so that he overtook doing at least 60mph in a 30mph residential street and kept accelerating hard when the light ahead turned amber. Neither of us were anywhere near the light. The car waiting on the opposite side had already begun to turn left.

Biker unbelievably keeps accelerating... no exit, tries to jink right, smacks into the car (wrecked the front of the car completely), somersaults over handlebars, 360 in the air over the top of the bonnet and lands with the back of helmet cracking into an extremely unforgiving lamppost base (top left of first pic).

One of the most bizarre yet predictable things I have ever seen. All but one of the car passengers seemed ok. The biker initially looked a mess but after a while and once up on the stretcher he was clearly very annoyed with himself. VERY lucky to walk away from that as that landing could have been a lot worse a few inches either way. Amazing how little cosmetic damage the bike seemed to sustain compared to the car too.

I waited to give a statement but no police came to the scene. It seems that the fire service and ambulance deal with it all here. Took a couple of snaps and clips of the scene just in case I had to make a report at a later date.

Well based on nothing other than YouTube I gather the rider training out that way is extremely lax. Sounds like a ridiculous incident especially when you consider their roads are at least double the width of the roads here and visibility 100%.
