Him calling you to tell you it's being dealt with will be the extent of its being dealt with.
Pretty cynical view.. I would like to think that the employee in question would face some kind of warning at least considering this company, I doubt they would like bad publicity. Driving around in an expensive demo is surely a privilege not a given right if you work for in car sales, take the car off him and tell stupid to take the bus.

Left at 4.30am today, Maidstone to Ludgate Circus 40 mins - 3 red lights all the way in
That is a crazy time. I can do the stone to Westminster in 1hr 5mins. Always the same time regardless but in the rush. 40 mins you must have been hammering it! Lad. The cold commute has been replaced by fair weather bikers. Grrrh and cyclists! Watched several proper bikes be bossed by pedal power today.
Commuting 'highlight' for me last night was getting back to my bike to find my top box in pieces strewn all over the pavement with my various possessions along with it. Two pairs of gloves gone, one set was Rukka Gtx and the second a nice summer pair I only bought last week along with a light back up abus chain. My high vis, helmet storage bag, disc lock, phone mount and bungee cord were seemingly of lesser interest. Top box locking mechanism, handle etc ruined so I will probably need to buy another. I tried not to leave items of value in there, but I suppose it hadn't quite occurred to me that gloves were a 'valuable item' until I had to go buy another pair this morning following a very unpleasant ride home last night with no gloves. Silver lining is that the bike was unharmed but still not a happy bunny that these c*ck juggling thunderc*nts have made off with some used gloves but cost me around £400 in the process

Pre commute home last night I had a shot of a few of my colleagues commuter bikes. CBF 125 and a Grom. I know you all now this already, but, how much fun are Groms!
The CBF deserves to die, I'd rather cycle to work.
I bloody love my commuter Grom. Quite often ride it at the weekend for a laugh instead of the CB1100!The CBF deserves to die, I'd rather cycle to work.
Managed to knock off my wing mirror yesterday. Heavy traffic going from 2 lanes to 1 as cones had been set out so filtered as much as possible, slow and steady. Got towards the end at lights and a van moved over so I instinctively went to go through the cones on the empty road but I knocked the new'ish mirror on a cone and it snapped off hanging by a wire.
Then the bike cut out about 3 seconds later. Pulled over and seeing what caused the cutting out. Being a bit ditsy it took me a while to work out the mirror had hit the cut off switch. Started it and it still wouldn't go. Eventually noticed I'd put the side stand down. Pulled the mirror off and away I went.
Complete idiotic 10 minutes.

Not a bad week this week despite the weather on the way in. I now leave home with the sat nav in "day mode" so the sun is up (just) before I leave.
I almost got caught out last night. Stationary queuing traffic on my side with me filtering up the outside. A little on-coming traffic but it was well over so plenty of space. I was just passing a lorry which was stopped right up the tail of a bus. From my viewpoint they were almost touching. As I approached the front of the lorry a pedestrian emerged, walking quickly, headphones on, looking to his left. I JUST missed him and it was total luck that I did. I thought I allowed for pedestrians walking through stationary traffic but I really didn't think anyone would walk through such a narrow gap between a lorry and a bus. Lesson learned by me, and I hope, by him too..

When it starts to go wrong you really need to take a step back, relax and then reassess the situation, but the pressure of the moment never seems to allow that to happen. Still, all was well (except a broken mirror) in the end. Then the bike cut out about 3 seconds later. Pulled over and seeing what caused the cutting out. My in-laws own a big (150+ HGVs) company and they operate a "three strikes" policy with complaints from the public re. drivers behaviour.

if this was outside Tower of London (well opposite heading West) I literally hit exactly the same cones yesterday - tiny glance with end of bar. It's so so narrow there at the minute. Then the bike cut out about 3 seconds later. Pulled over and seeing what caused the cutting out. I was late today (due to delivery man being a nuisance) - anyway........
going through Limehouse link - a chap on 'L' plates on a shiny Vespa. Literally doing about 2 mph through the filtering without about 20 (some irate) bikers behind him swarming around.
It was mildly amusing (everyone has to learn, and he is definitely new)
At the end of tunnel, the lights are red. A chap on a small pocket rocket of a race looking bike pulled along side him and helped him with a little advice. All seemed amicable enough.
Well until I made the wrong decision on which way to go down the road to the city, and got stuck - and the same L plate on his first day went past me stuck behind a car against the kerb like a true pro and i'm there thinking I should borrow his 'L' plate!

I did see far like bikes of the shiny/ poser variety this morning.. oh yer it was raining lol Still of those out some really poor riding in the rain.. experience I guess helps here. Having my hand forced to ride in the wet for 18 years in a row must have made a difference because the rain doesn't scare or bother me.. ST tyres are so dam good in the wet too.
Had a scooter moaning at me because I'd filtered around the outside of a truck he was just waiting behind at a green light but with a box junction, all would have been good but I got the hassle of being then blocked by a coach in the left lane moving slowly once past the truck.. thus the scooter and myself were forced to almost interact and he just lost his s**t with me.. my response ok off you go first and let him through telling him to stop moaning and start making some bloody progress.. he didn't and carried on mouthing off and was swiftly overtaken never to be seen again. If you're gonna give someone s**t at least demonstrate you have some bloody skill at filtering esp in the wet and you are actually competent rather than a riding (driving) miss daisy
