yeah. I presume since they couldn't cut them off (+2 disc locks) they've put it in a van. So lost me about 400 quid in chains too.

The thing is, it's really proved that you can't have a decent bike without it getting nicked, if you have to park on the street.

Most bikes get nicked cos idiots use a £10.99 oxford products chain which I could open with my dick, or a disclock made of oxford special cheese. I made sure they couldn't get mine by using multiple decent locks, but I was limited by what I could lock it to. On the street it's pot luck if a lamppost is available between cars, on this occasion it wasn't. Can't park on pavement as you get a parking ticket! fking s.

Until councils take it fking seriously and provide plentiful proper bays with major ironwork to lock to, bike theft is going to continue running at over a 1500 a month, and using them to commit over 50,000 crimes a year.

There's an epidemic as the scrotes have realised they can get their hands on free money.

Just seen one of these in black being ragged around Forest Hill with another scooter. Both 2 up without helmets, just balaclava's.

The reg of the T-Max was still partially attached - 10 plate?

Mine was 14 plate. With missing screen (previously nicked!)
