I'm glad to see action being taken on both sides of the law. The thieving scrote deserved a kicking, might make him think twice in the future he'll most certainly remember it more than the court appearance and suspended sentence he'd receive. Also glad to see the Police are beginning to act. Sadly it takes something like vigilante behavior to spur them into action, but I've no doubt they are as frustrated as many in relation to this.

Why the f*** is that copper going after the fella that kicked him ?
Took them long enough to do something about these POS but look how quick they can go after the other bloke.
Are you really asking that? While I have no doubt the scrote deserved a good kicking, donging so while plod are holding him down is a privilege reserved for the custody sergeant in the privacy of the cells!!!
The copper hopefully had the decency to be unable to catch the bloke doing the kicking.

I like how they all let go of the original offender to chase the other bloke. Not.

I was driving down a dual carriageway the other day (A217 from M25 towards Banstead). I came all the way from the M25 and on my way down towards my home I saw a Police car parked up on the side of the road (just past the Tadworth roundabout). Sitting there doing absolutely nothing, probably checking for speeding cars, on a break or perhaps waiting for someone to drive past who they had intelligence on, I don't know.

A few minutes later these bikers came blasting past me. There's no doubt in my mind the Police would have seen them.

Was the Police car anywhere to be seen? Nope.
Were the bikers speeding when they came past me? Yep.
Did they have number plates? 2 did, 2 didn't. It didn't stop the ones with plates from blasting through speed cameras though.

Sorry for the potato quality, it's a screenshot off my dash cam. These are the same guys that use the A217 like a racetrack one evening a week so I made sure I had the plates confirmed before backing off. To be honest, I'm sick of the noise at 1AM on a Wednesday night as they going through 4 or 5 gears flat out just a few metres away from my home.

I think I recognise there, is Romans just up on the right? If so my brother has just moved off that road to a nicer place just further over to the left.

Correct! You should ask him if he ever hears the motorbikes racing up and down the A217.

He used to live in Hurley Court which is one of the new developments literally off the A217 on the service road on the left. He doesn't mind it too much as he zoned it out, it his wife was less impressed. Strangely despite moving only a stones throw behind there nearer the park, they don't hear anything now.
