You have my sympathy mate, we have all done it, infact, my Dad and myself rode up a stretch of pavement in front of a copper on Saturday to park outside a local biker cafe but no one bats an eye lid under these circumstances, these militant cyclists are just on a power kick im sure..

I don't think it's something we have all done or would do (OPs circumstances).
I don't see your example (on the info given) & his as at all analogous.

just another day in the life of DCW ( I know it was a cam cyclist) I appreciate if a actual incident took place footage would be handy, but I don't understand why everything these days has to be so draconian, surely society would be better served in making you do 24 hrs commiuntiy service. I assume your not a career criminal a slap on the wrist and do this matey boy and no doubt you would think again. now you have 3 years or 5? of driving like miss daisy with all the 20mph limits specs mobile camera vans etc popping up, getting nicked is just a matter of time.

Sucks OP.

At least now post the footage or give us a good description of what happened. How far and how fast were your riding on the footpath and was there really somebody with a pram there?

Dangerous thing a motorbike on a padestrian path.

9 points suggests that what he did was not equivalent to parking on the pavement. To be at the top end of the scale does not reflect well without further evidence. Either that or the OP has been banging the magistrates wife.

Of OP & the magistrates wife?

Probably more fun than a bit of pavement mounting.
