What sort of road miles have people got from these?
Having used various Pilot Sports & Pilot Powers 2CTs on my Superduke, I'm keen to try Power RS on my S1000R.
Anyone used a pair on something similar please?

Did you ever try the RS tyres on your R? I've got the M7RRs on mine and now squared off after 4,000 miles. I found that although the M7s have tons of grip, for me I just never felt they gave me any feedback. Curious to know what you ended up with?

I'd be interested to know this too, I'm looking at putting a pair on my MT-10. It's currently on Bridgestone S20 front on about 5.5k, S21 rear on about 2.5.
Has anyone run them on quite a heavy bike like the MT? What sort of mileage did you get and did they suit the bike?

I'll update on my m7rrs as the page before was when I just had them fitted. I've since had a couple sets and done Germany twiceDid you ever try the RS tyres on your R? The above is spot on. Loads of grip for the majority of road riding but lack feel and when you start riding harder they don't give much warning when they let go
I'm about to use some pirelli rosso corsa 2 as my next set hopefully get life in the middle and feel on the sides with decent grip

Performance bikes mag has a tyre review out now. They don’t rate the new corsa 2 at all. Think the Avon untra 3D was rated better than the corsa 2. They still put the m7 top just slightly ahead of the RS.
It doesn’t come across like they have an agenda and seem to review everything fairly. Through test too imo although this was road only.

Track test for the same tyres next month.
Ya see that bit I don't get quite as much. On track I'll run a slick, if I didn't and it had to be treaded it would be a full on track tyre like a conti race attack or similarIf I was to run an RS, M7RR etc it would be road only as you'll cook them on track and they don't do as well as a specific tyre
Do they do this for people that like to ride to track do the odd track day and still have a good road tyre for the rest of the time? That makes sense to me
I'd still not want to track a fast pace on the above. All I ever see is loads of tearing from the dual compounds or tyre pics where the look cooked

The Power RS is a better wet weather tyre than the Power 3 it replaced by some margin ... compare the slits ... The compound provides wet weather ability, not just the slits - Michelin also explain this.
I’ve ridden the Power RS in all conditions, even on a wet track day and it was fine.
I’ve done 10k miles on Power RS tyres now ... I like them a lot.
£49 track day and £30 cashback atm too

One German comparison test gave RS advantage everywhere but wet surfaces. I think RS won but with only tiny advantage.
Since I also ride like a pussy when it is wet I ask the innocent question, being an amateur non-racer who's only been in the bike seat for 4-5 years.

I’ve ridden both tyres in all conditions, and have done a lot of miles on them. In terms of wet performance there is nothing in it. It’s nothing to do with the grooves in the tyre as I said earlier.
