The 1000km winning teams average lap time excluding outlaps was mid 1:38, including outlaps it was 1:40.0. Maybe I won’t achieve the 1:38 average but on track days I’ve done full sessions lapping consistently at 1:40 on a bike that is slower than my current one. Granted that’s half as long as a session but with a bit of training beforehand I’d hope to be able to maintain that longer. The other two should be able to lap consistently in 33s/34s respectively (not accounting for traffic).
I have raced at Donington before but not on the GP circuit. I did a 1:14 on the national I think, not sure how that compares to GP. Oulton I didn’t do well, I’m not overly fond of the circuit and I was also racing on a bike that I had sold and a bloke was picking up the following day so I was being ultra cautious!

If you’re say half a second faster than someone it’s quite difficult to get past them, whereas with a mix of ability on the endurance you could be coming up on someone 10 seconds slower who should be easy to get past. Bit like on open pitlane Track days except you don’t have to be courteous as you overtake
You might want to reconsider the courtesy element. The are plenty of teams out there who will be running all season and as you know the club paddock is a friendly place. Anyone punting someone of a lesser ability off the track, or being particularly discourteous could face official as well as unofficial sanction. Where did I ever say “punting someone off”? 
On a track day standing someone up mid corner isn’t allowed. In a race it’s fair game. As a result you might mess up the other person’s lap but that doesn’t really matter, all you’re bothered about is getting past them as quickly as possible. It’s selfish but I expect it to be done to me so it’s fair game

My guess was Adam Jenkinson and Jonny Blackshaw .....
Well , I hope you’re paying them handsomely George , but tbh mate it doesn’t really ring of the spirit of the occasion - granted all comers may take part and it is a non Championship round so whatever happens you’re venture won’t f
k up the championship even if “ you /yours” do end up punting someone off in the quest for glory .....
Make sure you bring a gum shield with you if you do me or one of ours though and you’ve set yourself up with it all to lose from the off ....
