Isn’t the chassis just brilliant? You think it, and it’s just _there_. I wrote about it when it was first launched and was when the ‘envelope’ was first opened... hehe
Just incredible to ride, it sort feels like you’re cheating!, The QS and blipper are so slick and that engine.....OMG

As for me having got back from the show I have to admit (and I'm not old or grumpy) that I echo what others have said. It was good... Not wow. Don't care on the money side but it just didn't really excite me this year
That’s exactly how I felt about it.

25 bloody quid?! are you having a laugh?
12 quid to park the car?
yikes
I'm nobody's idea of a rich man, but it's 2017...is £25 a lot of money nowadays?! I don't think it is.

Should've added I did get some new gloves. My dainese have done 25k and we're thinner than thin on the palms. I wanted to keep with the same brand and match the rest of my road kit but walking about I tried a few other brands (held being one and very comfy) and knox

I liked the tech on the handroid version but thought it was ott and reminded me of that scene out of terminator everytime I moved my hands (try a pair and you'll get it) so settled for the model down

Honestly these are so comfy, nicer than the latest greatest dainese mid range equivalent

Also even though I don't need another lid I now have an agv corsa r in my garage to go with my 2 shark speed r's. It was heavily discounted and my other two are coming upto 3 years old... And that's about the best excuse I can find

Lastly trying to decide if 2x kriega us10 on each side of my US20 will be enough for a 9 day euro trip planned next summer. Everyone has hard top boxes but nothing for my bike and can't be bothered to get a custom one made

£25 isn't a lot of money but it was pretty poor VFM

We accidently got in the queue for the wrong show when we walked into the main entrance, that show was £15

SWMBO and I have ben sent free tickets to the Grand Designs show (at the NEC) in the past where parking id FOC.

Considering how much the organisers charge the Manufacturers and traders to attend the shows, I could have see just as much if I wad driven to Bristol and toured the bike shops FOC.

I love mine and think the build is excellent although I'm a bit rusty with the RR model. If that's the 17 onwards version they are a perfect package. Mines a 16 and has the older non radial master and M4 caliper. They aren't great brakes and can feel spongy and inconsistent. I'm upgrading the system over winter

Yeah it’s the 17 model, exactly same as the factory brake set up, the only difference being Öhlins and paintwork and pillion seat, the elctronics take some reading!
The only omission in my view, No fuel gauge! Jesus Christ , how and why they left that out I’m confused!, Amazing bike, might have to get one myself next year!
