For reasons I can't begin to explain, I bought a cheap R100 last year.
The paint was a bit tired, so I decided that something a bit different was in order.
The colour is a standard BMW offering, though I added the GS stripe for a bit of added bling.
It's like riding an enormous asthmatic purple horse.
Very nice paint job The paint was a bit tired, so I decided that something a bit different was in order.

Nothing wrong with having a throbbing purple thing between your legs.
But on a more important note - these look like the same chairs as I've got in my dining room...
PH - where dining room chairs matter.
Another Chopper fan, you might know my brother possibly. He's usually involved in these meets, works at Giant in Newport.
Got a very early MK1 Tomahawk in my shed and back in the early mid 70s had a MK1 Chopper in metallic green, mate had a Chopper Sprint. Sold a mint 5 speed chopper a few years ago.

I like it. I don't know why, but I do! :-) The paint was a bit tired, so I decided that something a bit different was in order.

Spotted this couple out yesterday.
I’m not knocking them for enjoying a motorcycling tour, but at what point do you say “nope - that’s too much stuff for a bike”?
Don’t let the wife do the packing...
The answer is once you’ve packed a credit card, a lighter and a pack of cigs. Non smokers should stop at a credit card. Everything needed can be bought and disposed of along the way. That right bag isn't long for this world... Slightest bit of lean and it will be dragging.
Silly sods.
Always wondered, is there a SWL specific to each bike? Or just a combination of max load on tyre and what police deen dangerously loaded or not?Silly sods.
