A picture a day...biker banter (Vol 5)

realised there was no way I was going to get the KR at home this year so did some prep for long term storage unfortunately, drained the tank & carbs, put some 2Toil in the tank and down the bores, drained the gear box oil, popped some fresh in, wiped the chain down with 10/40 and whipped the fairings off for a real thorough clean...fingers crossed this time next year ill be able to get it back at mine.

No updates on here since Thursday so thought I'd atleast keep it going
Rode with my brother a group to The Bike Shed in London today. What a place, quite quirky and felt I needed a tweed suit, a beard and a cafe bike but it was very welcoming
It's like a social club for adults. Get ya hair cut, watch moto gp on a projector, buy clothes, eat and drink... Its all there
The cool bit was riding through the place as such to go into a bike park round the back
I took quite a few pics but won't upload without dropping the resolution for here

My first bike after the RG & TZR125's in that exact colour. That won't be the exact bike though because I hit a telegraph pole with it.
Lovely condition and awesome company for storage. Is it on a RAF base by the way??

The visitor's bikes look reassuringly normal. Must wander in there before too long / before LEZ kicks in / before Central London Zombie Apocalypse kicks off.Rode with my brother a group to The Bike Shed in London today. No, its not on a military base of any sort , always enjoy my visits there thou.
Quick blast tonight. I did struggle a bit with the position on this bike but sorted it now after buying an old knackered seat and taking it to Tony Archer for him to sort out for me. I wanted it building up as the position was very cramped on the legs but a long stretch to the bars. I didn’t envisage it being built up quite so much but it’s spot on. Much more leg room and a shorter reach to the bars making it much easier to move around.

Shock arrived on Thursday last week. Not had chance to fit it yet but will do soon.
