1min 33 sec laps at Croft all day when he's there racing or TD's
A little humble pie never hurts and I never fail to be impressed/pissed off in equal measures when one of these takes 4 or 5 seconds a lap out of you, every lap, while giving away over 80bhp and years in ‘advanced electronics’ when you’re feeling invincible.1min 33 sec laps at Croft all day when he's there racing or TD's

Oh he takes great please in trying to duff us up on that. He got me when I first got my new R1 and there wasn't a thing I could do about it except sulk all day.Biker's Nemesis said:

What are your times round Croft nowadays? And what were they when you were all a bit younger and faster?tezzer said:
Bought this little beastie on Monday, but been in London all week so tonight was the first chance I've had to ride it. What a hoot it is when you get it singing..
It's only done 12,000 miles, and needed a good deep clean (since this picture was taken) so looks a good as it rides !
That is lovely - really nice but I could never get on with the full fairing versions - it amplified the noise of the engine and my paranoia got the better of me too much - the bikini fairing or the naked versions never worried me as much when ridingIt's only done 12,000 miles, and needed a good deep clean (since this picture was taken) so looks a good as it rides !
Obviously I already rode with two fingers on the clutch anyway
This 750SS engined TT2 race bike was being prepped ready for the IOM Classic TT at the end of August. It was also run on the dyno, where it made 77HP and an impressive 102 lb/ft torque at the rear wheel. .
Sounded good on the dyno and shot blue flames out of the exhaust on the overrun. It had a tiny oil leak on the rear cylinder head, so the engine will have to be dropped out of the frame to fix the problem.
