Has OCD got another one ?

Details please mate. smile
- Fixed the R1
- Lost trust and confidence in the R1
- Stripped parts off the R1
- Made nearly £3k in selling parts
- PX R1 to dealer
- Bought a brand new 2018 Suzuki GSXR1000R

I’m a happy boy. Smitten with it.

MV is most pretty.

Not a massive fan of the 996 these days (sacrilege I know!).
I'm the same. Duke 916 to 998 styling is lovely as a classic but that mv is absolutely stunning even now

Prefer the simplicity of the Ducati. With the MV, despite being a nice looking bike, it just looks like he was trying too hard.
How is that? The MV is literally 916 2.0. Got a couple more embellishments which modernised it a bit. The colour scheme might not be to everyones taste on the Tamburini version - the normal ones had the traditional red and silver (or blue and silver). The first years of the F4 had those gorgeous star shaped wheels too.

Absolute beauty there Andy as said on IG. Definitely think if mainly road that AR GP1R would give it the sound you are looking for

I'd definitely have one of these if I didn't have mine. As you said they are deceptively fast but put the power down really well

I need to keep off ebay

Bought a carbon chain guard because, well it was just there and I liked the frame guards I got the other week

I then bought some wheels...I dont actually know why and in doing it I've realised I need discs now

I guess I can swap tyres quick when I kill the rears or ride summer/winter erm or maybe track? Thats all the reasons I can tell myself on why I bought these which will probably sit in my garage now

I'm reading that as OCD is not allowed to use that terminology, it is a nice Gixxa though. smile

So two icons. Both by Mr Tamburini. Which do we think is the prettier?

Ducati is tighter, sparser, prettier by a mile. It just looks more purposeful. I say this as someone who would LOVE an MV.

It’s a GSXRR. I correct anyone who says it’s a Gixxa! wink

Is the "RR" a pirate version?
