Wa hey! Nice! I've left the picture in too as I know Toxicnerve hates that....hehe

You'll have alot of fun on that. I've got the same 2pc leathers and it makes me realise how much mine need a clean!!
These are new (ish). The tiny internal pocket is not enough - they are less practical than my one piece biggrin Otherwise nice leathers but not sure I'll buy again.

You've got more patience than me fella...Glad it's coming right for you though.

What's the story with bypassing the ABS system on the newer R1? Can it even be deactivated in normal use??
Hi Steve

Unforntally the ABS cannot be turned off in normal use. I had to get a module from the people below.

Note the "note" in the blurb regarding price for the M model, that's another $100

You've been persistent! I'm the same, I've always been a bit of a madonna to get my ergo's and 'feel' right on a bike. Slowly ordering the bits I need for my L8 1000 but ideally want someone to do the change from road to track for me as I'm flat out with work

Got mine booked end Feb with MCT to sort suspension...its the whole stripping of road bits and putting on track bits that I dont like. Ideally need to get it mapped too in Essex area. I've heard MSG are good
Yeah its just gone on and on and on with this bike, make an improvement and it affects something else and so on.

Its a massive ball ache stripping and sorting your own brand new bike in the evenings and weekends.

Calipers, M/C and a re flash and then thats it for this bike.

Some pics from the Newark Classic show today.

My friend started the day by selling his stunning RGV250, new owner went away very happy indeed...as I would have been...

Usual tut and tat..

Fast Freddie in 'da house...

C50 packing 30BHP at the wheel apparently!

Mint KX and YZ crossers looked superb.

GS/GT500 mish mash looked good.

Well used slabby project at £3,300..

I never knew Maico made scooters...

The 2 Stroke Stand.

NS400 had done 30 odd miles from new, being pushed about apparently!

That is immaculate. Lovely looking bike there. I'm sure it was a bit keen to move about in this weather

When I researched the maico Magnum 440 I bought 8 came across the scooters they made. I never realised either until a couple months ago

That kx500 and yz490 are clean. I remember being a boy and watching my dad race them. Still have an old photo of him posing on his cr500 in about 1985

Any info who built the C50 ?

I has a 190 Daytona Anima and nitrous kit, so 30hp seems reasonable,

I have seen them at 28hp on the dyno with head mods and a 33mm CR carb.

I fecked up my rear fender / license plate setup, did not calculate the full rear wheel travel, stupid.
The twin sharknoses look nice to me, though, plate will be moved backwards an inch for clearance (hopefully).

Lovely bike, no denying, but the real question on everybody's mind is, is that astro turf?

The hair is indeed my own. We're it fake I would not have chosen snow white for a colour.

The grass is indeed Astro Turf. Front and Rear. Hate anything to do with gardens so did them both late last year.
