No doubt already a PH favourite elsewhere but today we went over to a new to me venue in Warwickshire, Caffeine and Machine, more a car meeting place IMHO but its in a great location for a ride out, prices are nigh on gastro pub level BUT the food and drink are quality..as where the cars...

The lads on the Honda Groms had ridden from all over the UK to meet here, then where heading off to Lands End !

Well that’s funny. Even though I live in Rugby, yesterday was the first time I went there along with 3DP who was visiting for the weekend !

^ We’re on that pic by his MT10 and my SP2

Haha - how weird - especially as we are in that picture by accident!. I saw a guy who I thought looked like Bryan but in my head I was miles away from Bryan's and my house, so just though it a coincidence!

Great venue and lovely bikes and cars.

Small world eh! We'll have to try and organise a meet up there another time.

I only got my knee down for the first time a few years ago! I was just showing off though, only do it if I see a photographer, generally I go slower if I get my elbow down than just riding normally

Great style there. All for the 'gram as the racer jokes go. I will never get my elbow down - just not in my style to do it. Looks great seeing pics like that though

Big race crash 2014 took me many corrective surgeries to get myself walking properly again. This one is the latest removing the 'nail' from my femur and repairing my blown tissue on the side of my leg. No more big lump sticking out

Next two ops are ACL/PCL and hip/Pelvis

Definitely. It's a long way from me though. Even staying in Warwickshire. I did a 300 mile day that day, with only the last 35 miles on the M-Way.

Comfort seat and Givi low screen, it was super comfortable smile I saw the Groms and their impressive luggage load, with some on the standard shock!!

Grom would be quite comfy if it wasn't for the supermoto style seat. I have a padded cover, but really needs a replacement seat. Monkey is much better in this respect. Those boys are doing well though. Lots of youtube videos for Grom tours - coast to coast US, Northern lights scandinavian trips etc. Would love to do one!

150 or so miles on this today, "committed" best describes the riding position.

Wave bye bye

Say Hello! New bike day!

May not seem like much of change but the deal was good, the R has the trick suspension and Brembos and a few extras like the tail tidy and LED indicators. Oh I love the dark green

Bacon and Mushroom sandwich for me, had to go out for breakfast, as the wife has abandoned me to go to some hippy festival near Glastonbury. This DOES however mean that I will be able to attend the Kettle Clinic Yorkshire rally all weekend on this !

Got this home last night after being in storage for a few months while I was doing the log cabin , despite the usual prep prior to storing it, it ran like a sack o' ste so it can sit a bit longer , too nice to be farting around with bikes now..

I'm all about Braemar via Perth road these days. During the week when the Aberdeen oil baron Loonies aren't throwing their expensive German metal down it of course.

That and down South of Ayrshire. Some belting roads down there, quiet as well, like the West coast used to be.
