Congrats, great bike the Fazer thou, I've had a couple.
I was quite surprised how benign it is at low speeds. It’s a sharper tool than the CBF600 I learned on, but it was a comfortable ride & has a lovely turn of speed. Not that I’ve dipped very far into the available performance yet!I think I’ll enjoy this motorcycling lark!!

Passed mod 2 this afternoon!
So I managed to get out for my first ever ride on my own bike for an hour this evening. Loved it!
Congratulations. So how does it feel to join "the dark, sinister two-wheeled world"? To quote the author of a well known Advanced and Performance driving book It would be a very interesting read for us, to get your comparison of the learning process on a bike vs your advanced instructing in a car. So I managed to get out for my first ever ride on my own bike for an hour this evening. Loved it!
I started on motorbikes and then moved on to cars, both a very long time ago, I have always believed that riding a motorbike made me a better driver.
Anyway welcome to the wonderful world of two wheels and may you have many years of happy riding
PS We won't mention the author's other comments as he is now the "fastestthingontheroad"
