Had a proper laugh on the YSRs today, first decent run out on it with a couple of mates..Been a long time since ive taken a bike "off the clock"...! One of the owners in this pic is 6'3" and my 6' 4" mate took her for a spin without to much discomfort..

I started riding just after we were limited to 125s. I've never ridden one of these. I've ridden a 250 crosser...gizza go, mister!

Ive just fitted a gearshaft bush to one the same colour.

The bush moves the seal along the shaft so its not trying to seal onto the worn part of the shaft.

I purchased one a while back, you know, as spares should it ever be needed.

Bloody garage full of stuff like that.

See your neutral switch is like them all .... cracked

Yeah. I don't recall seeing one that isn't split.

You can never have enough spare parts for old 2 strokes.

And gathering dust! It needs a run out and I need to experience one. Seems like a match...

I was out on it last week. Its off the road now, it needs a full suspension overhaul.

You can have a go if you want.

As we are posting LC pics, ill do mine again

Though have to admit, with one thing and another, I've not actually ridden it this year .

A while back, someone on one of the FB pages was asking about his old bike, used to race it at one stage, which would explain why it was built in 1980, but registered for the road in 82, anyway, he posted a picture, and I thought hang on, I recognize that reg.
So here it is again back in Polaroid days too.

And one of my original LC back when I had no money and it was my only transport (early 80's)

Yes I'll make you one but I have a few things on at the mo so won't be straight away.
I'll get one made sometime over the winter if you're not in a hurry
