From memory anything that size we had great difficulty keeping the oil inside back in the dark ages. Even when using Russ Collins barrels. However nowadays we have learned about pumping losses and crankcase pressure equalisation. So perhaps look at some "ports" between webs in the crankcase to let the pressure build up lessen ? As well as a huge crankcase breather. I love big Zeds.

Block is Orient Express, the internals will be modded, welded crank, APE studs etc, and yes a big crankcase breatherI love big Zeds.

Lockable flooring tiles have been great for the last 5 years and more in mine, insulates a bit, keeps noise down, very durable and jacking cars and bike stands leave no impression, and nice kneeling down on rather than a cold hard floor.Mine are from plassfloor here in Birmingham
