66 kawasaki versys 1000.
Left Santa Susanna, Spain at 4pm saturday. Got on 04.15 ferry at Calias Sunday morning. Stopping for 10 -15 minute leg stretch & coffee at fuel stops. No aches or pains, my brother on other hand on his Honda 1200vfr Crosstourer. After 300 miles he was looking to book in a hotel.... it crippled him.
I have since done same trip on a GTR1400 last year but took longer as left 7am & France had temperatures of 38 - 40°c & was uncomfortable in the heat, so the ride wasn't as enjoyable as on the Versys. Took roughly 14 hrs but I drank more fluids than the bike took in fuel.. lol

The issue(s) I had with my GTR were that:
- The mirrors are just too wide for serious filtering
- It eats tyres (which isn't so bad if you own a tyre shop, like I do)
- It's heavy
- It cruises at 100mph everywhere..
I know this wasn't on your list but I then had an R1200RT and it's so much more comfortable and lighter through traffic.
