Bit of a update not on this trip but I have booked for next Autumn to go and do the coast to coast tour.
LA to Daytona. 3 weeks again on a Harley which was a great experience last time in the US.

Cannot wait

This trip
https://www.eaglerider.com/guided-motorcycle-tours...

Reason for using Eagleriders again is simply that it was such a well organised trip and company we wanted to do something Big. So instead of 6 days riding and 10 days in the US it's now 16 days riding (3500mile) and in total 21 days over there. Flights are cheap with BA or AA. Under £800 return for 2 people.

Cannot wait
I wonder if your trip is the reason for the trip I've previously done... I use a company called the Lost Adventure.

Their coast to coast trip is Florida to LA... 2 weeks and no guides and a fair bit cheaper by the looks of it!

HOLY THREAD RESURRECTION batman

Reason. after 3 year wait, in 5 weeks both me and my good old mate Russ are back to the US this time for the big one. oowwerr

3500 miles, 3 different time zones and 16 days riding. over there for a few days before in LA and then again in Orlando.

Loads of stuff on my list to see. cannot wait.

HD Roadglide this time. a little different from my H2 But 400 miles a day easy on the glide.

again using https://www.eaglerider.co.uk. as they have been excellent

Jealous.

That’s the exact trip me and the Mrs are wanting to do with Eagle Riders.

I spent a year in and around New Orleans, you will love it there.

Should be a mega experience for you, looking forward to seeing the updates.

I was about to reply that I've done this tour back in 2016.. but I see I already did.. hehe

4007.7 miles was my final tally on my HD Fatboy...

I went up to the Tail of the Dragon in the East and over/down? to Big Bends National Park in the West.

Then up to Joshua Tree and finally Big Bear Lake - minus 5 at the top in the morning and running down to LA to 25 degrees was awesome.

Hope you have a great time and an awesome time!

Looks like a great trip! If you can find the time to detour south through Florida, it's worth riding through the Everglades National Park to see the alligators hanging out by the side of the road. We rode through there earlier this year, and all the way through my wife was bouncing up and down on the pillion seat calling out "there's another one!"

All I would say to anyone even if you don't like HD bikes. Save and do the trip, some of the areas you really cannot believe is real. Main reason the wife is not coming is she won't pillon. on the shame. Well been a very busy 3 years for me so going to enjoy this.

cheers all

Looks awesome, would like to go back again myself and do another trip with Eagle Rider.

You dont have to hire a HD, they have a fleet of bikes to choose from inc BMWs, Honda, Indian etc.

If anyone is looking for an Eagle Riders alternative in Las Vegas, I can recommend Escape Eagles. I've rented from them for 2 fortnight trips and the bike has been great. I'd also recommend doing something like this solo.
