Yea I think its the battery but I've no idea how to get the seat off to access it and jump start it. Been searching online but cant find anything
Not sure on yours but one of my bikes is a mk1 blade so has separate seats like yours. My front seat is removed by undoing 2 10mm bolts that you access by pushing the back edge of the front seat panel forward to get at (squishing the seat foam). You can then see the tops of the bolts and get them out with a socked on an extension. maybe yours is similar?
ETA, how's that for a guess...

Definitely sounds like battery is too low to me, had the same issue on a few of my bikes with that clicking sound and was always battery needed charged up.I didn’t realize the F Sport bikes had seats like that, thought it was just the RR.

Charge the battery or bump/jump the bike.
You need to see what the voltage is with the bike running.
By the way the clicking is the starter solenoid working.
I tried to jump the bike and this happened, no idea what to do now I think I need to get someone who knows what they're doing - https://vimeo.com/370120326You need to see what the voltage is with the bike running.

Managed to get it started by jumping the battery. Need to invest in a new battery any suggestions on the best place to buy?
Spend 30 quid on a oxford optimiser it has a plug you wire to the batt and can keep easy access under passenger seat. This clips into a pack you leave plugged in it measures the batt and only charges when needed.I had one on my cbr600 f sport, my bat was reading 9 once I used that I never had an issue again.
