No. It's my stuff. fk 'em.
I'm not wishing serious injury on the thief, but equally playing down the fact he's a thieving little bd isn't right.

No wonder they have no care when people make excuses for their behaviour when it all goes wrong.

He's 20 years old and old enough to accept responsibility for the actions and conduct. It's just very lucky that he didn't end up killing someone else. Other pictures show he's also wiped out railings for the footpath.

This I agree with completely. Thank you.

The really nasty side to this is that the thriving scrote will be set for life on disability benefits.

I with the victims a speedy recovery, not so much the thief.

Unpopular, but I'm with you on this.

I've had a couple of bikes and a car stolen and I still wouldn't wish "life changing injuries" on the losers that did it.

Would love to have a conversation with the thieves, for sure, but in the end it's just stuff, move on.

k
I trust you’ve not met many thieves face to face?
They do not give a fk.
About anything.

Sometimes, physical stimuli (in this case pain and lots of it) is all they respond to.
You are bang on with regard to the chav mindset.

If this accident hadn’t happened he would no doubt have carried on thieving. This was the only outcome that will now stop him in his tracks.

It's not "just stuff" though is it? I got robbed of all my bikes and tools five years ago. The financial hit was huge (my insurers declined to pay out more than 2k as my garage is detached. That was about 20k lost). The stress and sleepless nights impact on me has been huge - I have nightmares about it on a weekly basis, I worry endlessly about my security and have massive anxiety attacks about my stuff being locked up. I don't live in a stty area either before some tt tells me to move.

If I could get hold of who did this to me and get away with it I'd kick them in the head repeatedly til it was a bloody pulp, then I'd smash their hands flat with a rock for what they did to me. Then I'd piss on them.

So no. It's not "just stuff".

While I don't actively wish injury on the thieving little scrotes, I find it hard to be sympathetic when one manages to do something like this to himself.

Off topic, but can you expand on this a bit more? Was the garage the typical detached/accessed via shared parking arrangement found in newer estates, and was the 2k limitation a quirk of your particular policy or typical of most? I'm looking to move to a place with a garage, so this kind of info is useful to consider!

Nice.

You get screwed over by an insurance company so you wish violence on someone else (instead of them).

No wonder the world is fked.

Do you think if the insurance company paid in full that would end and compensate for fear and anxiety?

Stealing is ok if the insurance company pays out?

You're really on a different page with this topic.

But the thief caused all the trouble in the first place.

And the world would be less fked if there were less thieves.

Remember that criminals don't do things as a one-off, they are constantly causing pain and aggravation to decent people and don't care about the victims.

How many people will be saved from being victims by this fools accident?

Have you ever met individuals like this?

Whilst my experience is not extensive, I've had a few delightful mornings in the court cells at her majesty's pleasure surrounded by these perpetual criminals. You'd be wasting your fking breath. I'm with Rubin on this. Buy the ticket take the ride. He's an adult, fking about on a stolen, uninsured motorbike, going at callous speeds in a residential area. I'm fresh out of fks for this one tbh. He is not stealing a loaf to feed his starving family.

True enough. But there’s a world of difference between accepting the st they bring upon themselves and wishing harm upon them.

Nah, I would happily wish harm upon them.

Given the chance, I would inflict harm upon them.

So the world goes, wanting not justice, but order.

... And if you took matters into your own hands, some would be grateful for your public service, but far fewer would object you being thrown in prison as a result of it.

Ultimately more than any person's life, and even justice, is order. That's why we tolerate the rule of law.

TBH, I think even Father Brian D'Arcy whom I listened to the other day on Radio 2's Pause for Thoughts would struggle to convince me that a tear should be shed for this lad.

Everybody is trying to work out which laws they can safely ignore without realising it's basically most of them.

Oh well.

Hopefully he'll at least be unable to breed. That'll be plus.

This goes on in Muirhouse every night. Bikes are stolen on a daily basis in Edinburgh , all done by the same crowd. One just managed to get away with 5yrs last week for killing a chef whilst hammering a stolen car.
They cause countless accidents, and remember, he wiped out a car full of young children, and he couldn't give a st either.

No sympathy. If he dies at least it will be cheaper.
