Does anyone know the 'charger specs? PSI, pulley sizes etc??

Do we think 250bhp is possible with a bit of tweaking??
From the SX forums (and assuming it's the SX engine) 220 to 225 bhp is easily possible with a reflash. Kawasaki gradually shut of the throttle butterflies above 9000rpm despite the throttle grip being fully open. At 12000rpm the throttle butterflies are only 54% open.

Beyond the simple reflash, you can increase the rev limiter from 12500 up to 135000, fit zx10 headers and remove the cat, fit an intercooler, all of which increases output to around 260bhp. (at the wheel!!!!)

239kg is pretty damned heavy for this.

I assumed they could ditch the fairings, extra lights, reinforced rear subframe etc from the sx and make it closer to the rest

Loads of brown stains would enter my pants with that sort of power. I tend to like seeing what my bikes can do so would pin right upto the limiter in all the gears. My 'mere' 175hp crank aprilia would be a toy...my 200hp gsxr I find bloody fast on the road

260bhp rear wheel power from a naked...holy crap

The front of that looks awful from most angles. At least the H2 looks cool in a jet fighter kind of way. That is just gopping.

Be surprised if you get any change from £20k for the S streetfighter. Think it's €23k in Italy.

I'm going to buy a 2018 tuono factory for about £11k. Cant see the streetfighter being 90% 'better' smile

Once you bob the euro 5 cats that should drop a good few kilos.

I quite like the sound of this bike. I would be quite easy I reckon to drop 20 kilos then a 250 ish bob reflash.

I bet it's good for wheelies

The design is disappointing. Like an oversized Z650. This upgrade with a tweaked Gen 4 Z1000 design would have been perfect.

And although admittedly heavy on first impressions, the Z800 was 230kg and was a roaring success.

I'd have thought so, or at least be able to tweak it up to 230ish
My H2 with a mild tune, different end can and air filter is kicking out 242RW BHP. With a cat in place.

Remap, exhaust filter and remove cat these engines are making 270RW BHP +. 285 with a stage 2 supercharger fully change.

They are massively holding back the power via the electronics

But I don't like the nose on this one. Maybe it will look better in the flash
