So with some paint projects coming up in the future I'm curious to know what all your favourite Honda (or at least Honda friendly) paint schemes are?

I know Rothmans is popular and is one of my favourites but I can't help but think it's been a bit overdone?

Here's a few of my favourites to get started but I am sure there are plenty I'm unaware of...

My mate had a Smokin Joes NC30 that was pretty cool!

Rumi RC30

Cabin RC30 / VTR SP1

Camel MotoGP wotsit.

Feel free to post up the photos, I struggle with t’internet.

If you’re thinking about painting one of your CBR250RRRRR’s then you could be predictable and just buy a prepainted Repsol Chinese bodykit for less than doing a paint job in this country.

I will check them out, but am actually looking for the track bike (CBR400) and I'm also on the market for an NSR as I fancy a 2 stroke to add to the stable. As it happens the one I'm interested in the minute needs paint.

OP - Google Fred Merkel RC30. One of the simplest but effective schemes every, also helped Fred could ride the thing!

Why the hate for the, I assume, urban tiger?

How about a McGuiness tribute HM Plant rep?

I’ve always been a massive fan of Rossi’s 2001 RC211V MotoGP testing bike livery. Pure class...

Which IIRC was first used on the 2000 Le Mans 24hr winning VTR SP1. Where Honda turned up with a brand new bike and won. I can't remember if they bothered returning in 2001.

This you mean. Best ever. I had one, a 900RR-S Foxeye, 1994.

WRT the urban tiger blade: it shouldn't work on paper but in the flesh it does somehow.

The CB900 race reps were my first thought.

Of the paint schemes and not branded sponsorship I’m a fan of the urban tiger too. Looked great on the 2014 blades too.

Cool name to - what colour is your bike? Urban tiger. Beats red or green any day.
