Oil Change - Terminal Clutch Slip Within 30 Mins

Hypothetically if I said my parents Ford CMax has been an unreliable and generally crap car, am I likely to be banned by the mods?
I had one in 2013 that ended up needing a new engine block at less than a year old under warranty and took them a month to fix!As for the oil debacle, my ZX10R is at 100k, always run on fully synth and still on it's original clutch. That said I did just change the brand of oil and now I'm having difficulty shifting from second to first - time to write a strongly worded email to Shell

No naming and shaming is allowed on PH.

So there's no naming and shaming issue here.

Ah now see that can be a symptom of oil, possibly oil level! I remember with my old SV that when the shift quality started to feel really nice and smooth, like...really nice and smooth...it needed a few hundred mL of oil! Who needs a sight glass! As for the oil debacle, my ZX10R is at 100k, always run on fully synth and still on it's original clutch. Could OP use a lexmoto clutch in his KTM? It would be cheaper.
Nah I reckon one from a Fiat 500 will be more suitable....SBDJ said:

To be clear, this isn't the oil or manufacturer's fault.
It's squarely down to the OP for using the incorrect oils throughout the service life of the bike..

Yes I fully understand this. The avoidance of shaming in this case is not for the benefit of the oil manufacturer It's squarely down to the OP for using the incorrect oils throughout the service life of the bike..
So there's no naming and shaming issue here.

As for using car oil in a bike muppetry at its finest
A lot of older 2T recommend engine oil in the gearbox, but I thought that was motorcycle engine oil, not car oil. I would have though car oil would cause clutch slip? No issues with clutch slip so on any of them over many years/thousands of miles....
