Shouldn't some motorcycle covers come with a health warning?

Was watching a video on YouTube the other day and even a padlock had a 'May cause cancer' warning on it, I think it'll lead to 'familiarity breeds contempt' and people will ignore the stickers.

Yes, they stick this warning on just about everything as far as I can see. All it does is dilute the effect of warnings on anything that is actually dangerous.

My advice is dont breath in the fumes when you put the cover on a bike which is still hot and the cover starts to smoke.

In all serious, OP, the cover is the leas of your worries. Petrol fumes, microparticulates from worn rubber, carcinogens in used oil, so on so forth are a much, much bigger health risk. Not to mention...you know...bikes are inherently unstable and all that.

I should like to point out at this time that by simply being in daylight you are increasing your risk of cancer.
