Congratulations on the pass and new bike.

I only released from a PH thread recently that the new RC390 is laden with kit. What's the elongated oval on the fairing sides? It kind of looks like some kind of sacrificial buffer to help protect the fairing.

Picked up the o/h's new bike for her on Friday after she passed her test and I must say, I'm quite smitten with it. Looking forward to a proper shot of it when it's run in.
I recently took a 2021 390 Duke in PX, I don't usually deal in sub 600 bikes but it seemed a decent little bike if you kept it between 8 - 10K

Of course I then had to take a 125 in PX on that - I've never ridden a 125 in my life, 68 flat out in 5th

Similar I've not ridden any 125s (4t) other than freetech which was on track

Went out in the week with a mate which I've got into the bikes. Found her this gsxs 125 and had a quick go

Gotta say great bikes for the money. Dash read 96mph and brakes felt potent enough

Well fk me silly, I’ve finally bought one. Nothing fancy, but it’s nice. Cheap and cheerful for my first big bike. I collect Friday morning, genuinely can’t wait!

I also had the exact same one on my KTM trail bike.

Was great. Then I had the suspension revalved and resprung. That brought such a huge improvement that I never needed the steering damper again, I was really surprised.

I'll freely admit I regret selling my 1090 adventure.

One day I will correct this mistake.

Another great weekend at the Nurburgring “Anlassen” festival. Due to the weather there were nowhere near as many bikes there as other years but we still managed to get pissed in the evenings and have a great time!

Yep, finished mine, just need to get home & road test it now the roads are clean, and pick up it's big brother too ( see SD GT thread).

990 superduke, great bike .

First ride on the LC for a couple of years , yesterday took the 890 out. And you can tell they are 4 decades apart. Good to hear it singing again though.
