Great news OP and a good outcome. It does make me think PH have this whole “no name and shame” thing wrong.
No doubt you’ve all seen the main story on here about a car dealer, now locked due to numerous people (including me) sharing their negative experiences.
Here we have a company that has admitted full liability, given you more than you paid for to cover your inconvenience and you’ve shared it with all of us which give us more confidence in this company and make us likely to buy from them.
Had they told you to fk off, shouldn’t you be allowed to let us know?
I have a Triumph and I really like my dealer but I’ve not had any problems, so was really hoping that you were going to get looked after here. Great news and thanks for letting us all know.

Great outcome and pretty much what I expected if they couldn't (quickly) diagnose your bike. But the add-ons show good faith and appreciation of your troubles thus far.
I would say they've (both the dealer AND Triumph) have come ot the party on this one and despite a bit of time to get there, the right result was achieved. And that's what matters ultimately.
Problems occur, it's how they get resolved that matters.....
Good to read, great support from Triumph. st happens, but it's how you deal with it that counts. I'm glad to hear they've done what was needed to exceed their customers expectations and make them happy again. Afterall, motorbikes are bought with the heart, it's not really a utility purchase, so when it goes wrong it's heartbraking.

Did you ask for all the left over awkward to fit bolts in a bag when you go to pic the bike up, and maybe the odd scratch hear and there I hate the idea of people stripping a new bike but I am a miserable pessimistic old prick .
I hate the thought or anyone touching my cars and bikes.

Softening the dampers right off does improve the ride on the road to the point where it’s more or less acceptable, but as standard it’s ridiculously stiff for what is primarily a road bike. First time I rode it, it actually knocked me out of the seat over a bump. Stupid really.
To ride though it is sublime. It feels so light and flickable and just grips and the performance is ballistic - makes a great noise to
Fingers crossed for you that the new one behaves itself!!

Very much thisAnd at least you'd now hope, that Triumph are well aware of problems this model has, several refunded owners, and a replacement, out of a small section of owners, I'd be amazed there wasn't a bigger trend than that in the wider market.
They will be onto the cause, and the fix.
