I can see no place for Rins next year unless he rides for RNF Aprilia or LCR Honda.

Repsol Honda:
1. Marc Marquez (End of 24)
2. Joan Mir

Monster Yamaha:
1. Franco Morbidelli (End of 23)
2. Fabio Quartararo

Ducati Lenovo:
1. Francesco Bagnaia (End of 24)
2. Enea Bastianini

Aprilia:
1. Aleix Espargaro (End of 24)
2.Maverick Vinales (End of 24)

Red Bull KTM:
1. Brad Binder (End of 24)
2. Jack Miller

Gresini Ducati:
1. Marco Bezecchi
2. Fabio di Gianantonio

RNF Aprilia:
1. Darryn Binder
2. Dovisioso or other

Tech3 KTM:
1. Remy Gardner
2. Raul Fernandez (either of these could go or stay, depends on Acosta in Moto2)

LCR Honda:
1. Ai Ogura
2. Nakagami/A. Marquez or other

Pramac Ducati:
1. Johan Zarco
2. Jorge Martin

VR46 Ducati:
1. Luca Marini
2. Celestino Vietti

I don’t see Vietti coming up next year, tbh.

I still think there’ll be another team in next year, 24 bikes.

In my head I think of him as Crasher Rins.

But I think his smooth style is a really good fit for the Yamaha and he is undoubtedly fast. I think he'd be a big upgrade on Frankie.
Normally I'd scoff at the idea of Rins being an upgrade on Frankie, let alone a big one, but Rins has been quite consistent this year and Frankie is struggling to settle into the new team for some reason.
Frankie obviously hasn't adjusted from the old 19 or whatever bike he was so successful on to the new one. Not sure why or what the issue is - maybe it was that huge crash? He certainly hasn't been the same since that massive injury to his leg.

Either way Rins is proven to be super quick and I think his smoother style would be a good fit on the Yamaha. Minimal pressure too as Q is obviously the #1 there.

Good for Jack - I think it will be a breath of fresh air to be out of the Ducati garage.

Agreed, I think all of the uncertainty within the Ducati camp must play on your mind and possibly your results too. I like Jack and wish him well at KTM, hopefully between them all they can get a winning package for 2023/24.

The Yamaha engine is not keeping up with the pace of the others, it's no good if it can go around corners quick if it's stuck behind another bike that pulls away down the next straight, they need to grab the Suzuki engine people when they become available, maybe they have?

No idea how Darryn Binder pulled of that fast speed in the race (slipstream and late breaking past the beam I guess) but look at where all the Yamahas are only the Tech3 KTMs are slower.

https://resources.motogp.com/files/results/2022/IT...

Next year without improvement it will be further behind. Perhaps Quartararo signing is a sign they are getting more engine power.
I'm sure I've seen it reported elsewhere that Fabio asked, and Yamaha have agreed, more engineers to work on the engine join the team. It could even be outsiders to avoid Yamaha corporate think. Suzuki got power from their inline four and perhaps some of their crew will make it to Yamaha

Poor Rins can't get a break can he?

Aprilia B team looking good for next year.

Mir wants to find himself a Ducati.

Alex Marquez looks like he's going to Gresini Ducati to replace Bastianini.

Pol possibly going back to KTM on the Tech 3.

Raul Fernandez possibly on the second RNF Aprilia

I am not sure if that’s not just speculation and spin ref Marquez.

Sky are saying Oliveira is deffo going to sat Aprilia, I’m not so sure it’s a done deal. Certainly comparing Gresini team to Razlan’s lot, it seems like an odd choice.

Di Giannantonio has clearly done enough to keep his seat at Gresini. If I was Gresini, Oliveira would be my pick over Alex Marquez. Alex has been a bit unfortunate to get in with Honda when their bike has been getting steadily worse as well. He's not his brother but he's not awful.

However, from a rider point of view, what kit will you get at each team? This year's Ducati you could clearly do something with even next season, and having watched MotoGP Unlimited, I think I'd rather rise for Gresini than have Razlan as my boss - as Factory Aprilia is a closed shop for the next two years. Unless Mav has another brain fart

Would have been ridiculous any other way, the guy has won three races on a year old bike, Martin is fast but very inconsistent and far more than Ennea
