Lost my single garage when we extended the house so now have my “mini” garage.

It’s just about big enough I think, got my tools in there now and an old ikea wardrobe got a second lease of life for my gear, need to look at flooring this year.

That's quite cool. Small but perfectly formed.

Good zoomage.

When combined with what's in the black boxes, and spread about the garage - I may get a 916 to play with!

Always get a bit jealous when folk have these spotless showroom garages. I spend an unhealthy amount of time in mine doing "stuff" so it's a practical working space that just gets a bit untidy and dirty. Got a gym set up just to the right of this photo and currently in the process of ruining a knackered 1985 r80rt by turning it in to a cafe Racer.

I built a 20ft x 10ft shed at the other side of the house for the kids bikes, toys, garden things etc so it's MY garage and the wife has no reason ever to look in it.

I get jealous of everyone's space! If I take a tool or two out it suddenly looks messy. frown

I can turn a show garage in to a dump in about 5 mins of working on a car…it does my head in.

It's what garages are for though. Getting stuff done, making things, figuring out how things work etc These people with spotless showroom garages are probably the sort of people that get "a man" in to do jobs for them.

There is no set use for a garage, it's what ever the owner wants to use it for. Also a tidy garage doesn't always mean that the owner doesn't know what they are doing.

This chubby "man" keeps on coming into my garage and "doing jobs", making a right mess of things.

Stupid question of the day.. what kind of tray is that you're using??

Trying to find something like that to work on my bench and keep coming up with baking trays, or drip trays that seem a little too large..

I got them at Ikea. I have no idea what they are called, but if you go through the section after the maze upstairs there are all sorts of fun things you can use in a garage.

Oh yes, and get BBQ drip trays are great for working with brake cleaners/fuel etc.
